The concept of The Rock Lodge Franchise/Tenancy is that each one can be, and will be different depending on type, venue, location and of course the person running it.

They will all have a slightly different focus AND we really want the person running it to focus on their passion 'around the 'Apres-ski and Alpine living theme'. So one tenancy could be 'food-focused' run by for example a trained experienced chef, with a small cocktail bar, playing 'chilled background music', whilst another tenancy could be bar and live music-focused having a buzzing party atmosphere, with bar snacks/tapas type food. Another tenancy could just focus on the 'Outside Events'or a combination as both. ….. it all depends on YOU.

Most of our agreements run for 5 years and hopefully you will love it and want to

continue after that.

These can range from £10,000 up to £50,000 initial costs. The costs will vary depending on the type of venue or outside event franchise that you are after.
